Working Principle of Electric Heater_Chemical Dosing Device

The dosing device uses a metering pump as the main dosing equipment, assembling the dissolving tank, stirrer, level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, piping, valves, base, ladder, automatic monitoring system, power control system, etc., on a common platform according to the process requirements, forming a module, i.e., a skid-mounted combined unit.

The dosing device adopts an electromechanical integrated structure, which can be divided into fixed type and mobile type (trolley type) according to the installation method. Each type of dosing device is equipped with a stirring system, dosing system, and automatic control system. Several fixed skid-mounted units can be combined into a whole, and with the variable frequency control system, it can achieve local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic switching dosing. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size, low noise, stable operation, simple installation, and convenient operation.

Through different process designs, the dosing device accurately configures solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals, and then uses a metering pump for precise dosing to meet various design requirements, such as descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid addition, alkali addition, etc.

The dosing process can be operated manually, or through a PC, magnetic flap level gauge, pH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter, and other electrical and instrumentation devices, making the dosing device an electromechanical integrated product and achieving automatic control.

The volume of the solution tank in the dosing device can range from a minimum of 0.1m³ to 20m³, selected according to the dosing amount. Depending on the medium being conveyed, various materials are available, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lined with rubber), stainless steel, and non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
