Causes and Solutions of Heating Tube Leakage

Causes

1. Ground wire not properly connected;

2. Insulation damage of the heating tube (this may be due to the magnesium oxide powder or connector insulation issues);

3.Electric heating tube burned out and short-circuited with the cup body;

4. Improper cleaning, water touching the terminals of the stainless steel heating tube;

5. Circuit wire falling off and touching the cup body;

6. Excessive dirt on the heating tube socket or power plug;

7. Poor water quality, severe scale buildup;

Solutions

1. Connect the ground wire as required and check if it is correct;

2. Inspect and repair; if the problem persists, replace the tube;
