Finned heating tubes can be installed in air duct systems or other heating applications involving static or flowing air.

     Finned electric heating tubes have metal heat sinks wound around the surface of ordinary elements, expanding the heat dissipation area by 2 to 3 times compared to ordinary elements. That is, the allowable surface power load of finned elements is 3 to 4 times that of ordinary elements. Due to the shortened length of the element, its own heat loss is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it has the advantages of fast heating, uniform heat generation, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small heating device volume, and low cost. It is reasonably designed according to user requirements for easy installation.

     The product is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, textile, food, home appliance and other industries, especially in the air curtain industry of air conditioners.

Finned heating tubes are produced according to the product drawings and technical requirements designed by users, in various types and shapes. The element material can be made according to user requirements.

Element materials include: stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, titanium and other electric heating elements.

Insulation material: magnesium oxide.

Tube materials: stainless steel seamless tube, welded tube, copper tube, brass tube, carbon steel tube.

Voltage can be designed as: 12-440V; power: 50W-20KW.

Common tube diameters: Φ22, Φ20, Φ18, Φ16, Φ14, Φ12, Φ10, Φ8.5, Φ8, Φ6.5, Φ6.

Materials include: 10# iron, T4 copper, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, Ti titanium, etc.
