Daru Electric Heating News; Currently, the welding forms of electric heating tubes and flanges mainly include sleeve welding and direct welding. See the figure below:
From the figure above, compared with sleeve welding, direct welding has higher requirements for the material and welding process of the heating tube, with good sealing performance, but it is quite troublesome to replace old damaged electric heating tubes. Sleeve welding is convenient for replacing electric heating tubes.
Note: The material of the flange should be basically consistent with that of the electric heating tube. There should be no cracks or welding defects during welding. The electric heating tube sleeve and flange should be double-sided welded to prevent leakage. The electric heater requires good insulation to prevent aging and leakage.
