No power in the main circuit.
Use a multimeter to measure whether the main circuit power supply is normal, and check whether the upstream power is supplied.
The internal fuse of the voltage regulating module is blown.
Open the voltage regulating module to check whether the module circuit board is normal, replace the voltage regulating module and replace the fuse.
DCS 4—20mA control signal is not sent to the voltage regulating module.
When the voltage regulating module does not receive the 4—20mA control signal, use a dedicated clamp meter for measuring 4—20mA current signals to measure, or remove any one wire from the voltage regulating module, set the multimeter to current range and connect it in series between these two wires to see if a 4—20mA current signal is sent. If not, notify the instrumentation personnel to assist in inspection.
There is a broken wire inside the electric heater.
Remove the three-phase power incoming wires from the electric heater body, use a megohmmeter to measure whether the internal insulation resistance of the electric heater is normal, and use a multimeter to measure whether the internal resistance of the electric heater is balanced. If the resistance is balanced, it indicates that there is no broken wire inside the electric heater.
The medium transmitter is damaged and cannot send the medium temperature signal.
First check whether the medium transmitter has working power. Its working power is 24V DC. If there is no power, check the power supply circuit. If there is power, check whether the output signal of the medium transmitter is normal. If the output signal is abnormal, replace the medium transmitter.
