Comparison of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace with Other Boilers

Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace

I. Overview of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace:

Electric heating thermal oil furnace is a new type of safe, efficient and energy-saving special industrial furnace that can provide high-temperature heat energy under low pressure (normal pressure or lower pressure). It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier and circulates the heat carrier through a hot oil pump to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment.

The electric heating thermal oil system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (if any), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, a hot oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.

II. Working Principle of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace:

For electric heating thermal oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium, a circulation pump forces the thermal oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After being unloaded by the heat-using equipment, the thermal oil returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object, and meeting the heating process requirements.
