The fan protection shell of the air electric heater for hot air circulation has a cover plate. A circulation fan is installed inside the fan protection shell, and a first insulation layer is filled between the outer shell of the circulation fan and the inner wall of the fan protection shell. The electric heater shell has an electric heater cover. A mounting plate is fixed on the inner wall of the electric heater shell, and an electric heater inner tank is fixed on the mounting plate. A hot air inlet is opened on the side wall of the electric heater inner tank, and the electric heater inner tank has a hot air outlet. An electric heater assembly plate is fixed on the top plate of the electric heater inner tank, and an insulation plate is arranged between the top plate of the electric heater inner tank and the electric heater assembly plate. Electric heating tubes are installed on the electric heater assembly plate. A second insulation layer is filled between the outer wall of the electric heater inner tank and the inner wall of the heater shell, and a third insulation layer is filled in the heater shell above the electric heater assembly plate.
