The SRY8 finned heater consists of a "metal tubular heating element" and a finned protective sleeve. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket resistant to ≤300°C.





【Detailed Description】

I. Purpose:



SRY8 finned heater is used for heating media in hydraulic lubrication, and for heating non-corrosive gases and liquids.



 



II. Features:



SRY8 finned heater consists of a "metal tubular heating element" and a finned protective sleeve. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket resistant to ≤300°C.



The electric heater is connected and fixed to the oil tank body by flange; sealed by sealing gasket; the finned protective sleeve isolates the metal tubular heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular heating element needs to be pulled out for replacement. It is convenient, reliable, and easy to use, maintain, and repair.



The fins and protective sleeve are assembled parts. Changing the number of fins can change the surface load of the electric heater. Proper use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending the life of the medium.
