Product Application:
Used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic lubrication devices, and also for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
Product Features:
1. Adopts multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, featuring large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and easy replacement and maintenance.
2. Due to the use of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if a certain heating element is damaged, only the damaged element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the user's subsequent investment.
3. The surface load design can be determined according to customer requirements. The standard surface load design is 0.7 W/cm².
4. The sheath type tubular electric heater can be optionally equipped with liquid expansion thermostat, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs temperature adjustment function, only the temperature control equipment needs to be installed. Customers should add the letter "T" after the model when ordering; if automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater should be equipped with a thermostat and contactor, and the letter "TH" should be added after the model when ordering.
5. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times the rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
6. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable or corrosive gases.
7. Heater material: carbon steel or stainless steel.
8. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.
9. Working pressure: less than 0.6MPa
10. Specifications and dimensions: see the table and attached drawings on the next page
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning the component.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage first, then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce component life.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, remove the carbon completely before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning of the component.
5. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, the heating core can be removed and dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or the component can be powered at low voltage for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
