Flange Heating Tube is made by welding multiple heating tubes onto a flange for centralized heating, mainly used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems.

The tube and fastener are argon arc welded to prevent leakage. The sealing part of the fastener adopts a scientific process, making single tube replacement extremely convenient, greatly reducing future maintenance costs.

Flange Heating Tube evenly distributes high-temperature resistance wires inside a high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and densely fills the gaps with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure of the heater has high thermal efficiency and uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the heat generated by the heater diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface, and then transfers to the heated object or air to achieve the purpose of heating.
