DRA-3 Constant Temperature Digital Display Hot Plate, Cast Aluminum Heating Surface
Usage Points:
1. Before and after use, wipe the working surface clean. No water droplets, dirt, scale, or other foreign residues are allowed.
2. Place sample tubes or other containers on the working surface before heating to avoid bursting.
3. When the hot plate is in operation, it should be attended by a dedicated person. Do not touch the work surface with hands to prevent burns.
Precautions:
1. Store the hot plate in a dry place; avoid vibration when moving.
2. The hot plate is equipped with a three-hole socket. The "ground wire" should be connected to ensure safety.
3. During prolonged use, the bottom surface may reach about 65°C. Place asbestos board or other insulating material under the feet of the hot plate to prevent damage to other objects.
4. To repair the heating element, loosen the screws on the cast iron plate and remove it. To repair the switch or wiring, open the junction box cover underneath for easy access.
