I. Purpose of SRY8 Finned Heater:
This electric heater is used for heating hydraulic and lubricating media, and for heating non-corrosive gases and liquids.
II. Features:
The finned tube sheathed electric heater consists of a"metal tubular electric heating element"and a finned protective tube, etc. The finned protective tube is made of seamless steel tube, metal fins, and heat-resistant asbestos rubber sealing gasket suitable for temperatures ≤300°C.
The electric heater is fixed to the oil tank body by flange connection; sealed by a gasket; the finned sheathed protective tube isolates the metal tubular electric heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular electric heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular electric heating element needs to be pulled out for replacement. It is convenient, reliable for use, maintenance, and repair.
In this finned tube sheathed electric heater, the fins and the protective tube are assembled parts. Changing the number of fins can alter the surface load of the electric heater. Proper use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending the life of the medium.
