Ceramic electric heater: the heating element, which is the heat source during workpiece heating. For example, LCD type crawler heater, SCD type rope heater, NJ type internal heating frame heater, etc. Generally, users need to select based on the shape, thickness, and required temperature of the workpiece to be heated. 2. Temperature control box: matched with the ceramic electric heater, providing power to the ceramic electric heater and controlling its working state to achieve temperature control. The temperature control box is equipped with a temperature controller for controlling and measuring the workpiece temperature, and a temperature recorder for real-time recording of the workpiece temperature curve for user archiving. Auxiliary materials: mainly include KJ type quick-connect extension wires (connection wires between the temperature control box and heater, also used for series connection of 36V, 55V, 110V heaters, equipped with quick connectors), thermocouples (temperature sensors for measuring the temperature of the heated workpiece), compensation wires (connection wires between thermocouple and temperature control box), and aluminum silicate high-temperature insulation cotton (to prevent heat dissipation). Usage precautions: 1. The workpiece to be heated must have reliable grounding. 2. Heaters should not be overlapped during use. 3. The thermocouple should be reliably attached to the workpiece. Remarks: 1. The width of the heater should be 8-12 times the wall thickness of the object to be heated. 2. According to user needs, we can supply complete sets of lead cables, thermocouples, insulation covering materials, and special temperature control cabinets, as well as capacitive welding thermocouple instruments. 3.
