Electric Heat Transfer Oil Furnace Working Principle
For the electric heat transfer oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in the heat transfer oil. Using the heat transfer oil as a medium and a circulation pump, the oil is forced to circulate in a liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using devices. After unloading by the heat-using devices, the oil returns through the circulation pump to the heater, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using devices. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the process requirements.
Electric Heat Transfer Oil Furnace Features
1. The electric heat transfer oil furnace features low pressure, high temperature, environmental protection, and energy saving.
2. The electric heat transfer oil furnace is equipped with complete operation control and safety monitoring devices, allowing precise control of the working temperature.
3. The electric heat transfer oil furnace has a reasonable structure, complete accessories, short installation period, and convenient operation and maintenance, making it easy to arrange the boiler.
4. Since the electric heating organic heat carrier furnace adopts an advanced explosion-proof structure, it can be applied to Zone II explosion-proof areas in factories, with an explosion-proof level up to Class C.
