Cast Copper Electric Heating Ring Industries Where Applied and Precautions
Cast Copper Electric Heating Ring Applications
1. Heat Treatment: Annealing, tempering, through heating;
2. Hot Forming: Full forging, local forging, hot upsetting, hot rolling;
3. Welding: Brazing of various metal products, local or overall quenching of various tools and blades, welding of saw blade teeth, welding of steel pipes and copper pipes, welding of similar and dissimilar metals;
4. Metal Melting: (Vacuum) melting, casting, and evaporation coating of metals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum;
5. Other Applications of High-Frequency Heating Machine: Semiconductor single crystal growth, thermal fitting, bottle mouth heat sealing, toothpaste tube heat sealing, powder coating, metal implant into plastic
Precautions for Cast Copper Electric Heating Ring:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
3. The cast copper electric heating ring should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by baking in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours, or by reducing the voltage and energizing for heating until the insulation resistance is restored.
4. The cast copper electric heating ring should be properly positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated object. No dry burning is allowed. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be cleaned promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
5. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the cast copper electric heating ring should be protected from contaminants and moisture infiltration to prevent electric leakage accidents.
