Finned heating tubes can be installed in air duct systems or other heating applications for stationary or flowing air.
The finned electric heating tube wraps metal fins around the surface of a standard element. Compared with standard elements, the heat dissipation area is expanded by2 to 3 times, meaning the allowable surface power load of the finned element is 3 to 4 times that of a standard element. Due to the shortened length of the element, its own heat loss is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it offers advantages such as fast heating, uniform heat generation, good heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life, compact heating device size, and low cost. It is designed reasonably according to user requirements for easy installation.
The products are widely used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, textile, food, home appliances and other industries, especially in air conditioner air curtain applications.
Finned heating tubes are produced according to user-designed product drawings and technical requirements for various types and shapes of electric heating tubes. The element material can be customized according to user requirements.
