Flange Heating Tube for Boiler

Introduction

Flange heating tube
is composed of multiple heating tubes welded on a flange for centralized heating. It is mainly used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems. Flange-type stainless steel heating tubes are highly compact and structurally dense. Due to their short and dense overall structure, they have good stability and do not require brackets for installation. The combined type mostly uses argon arc welding to connect the heating tubes to the flange, or it can use a fastening device form, where each heating tube is welded with a fastener. Then it is locked with a nut on the flange cover. The tube and fastener are argon arc welded, ensuring no leakage. The sealing part of the fastener adopts scientific technology. Single tube replacement is very convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs.

Detailed Explanation

Flange heating tube type is composed of multiple heating tubes welded on a flange for centralized heating.

The following parameters are required when ordering flange heating tubes:

1.Voltage and power of the heating tube

2.Tube diameter: 6mm-20mm

3.
Tube length: custom non-standard.

4.Material of the heating tube: main materials are SUS304, SUS321, SUS316, SUS310S , 800 , 840, titanium tube, etc.

5.Others: working environment, whether fasteners are included (size of fasteners), specific non-standard shape and dimensions, etc.

Instructions for using flange heating tubes:

1.Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, ensure the container is placed stably, then install and fix it. Unstable containers may tip over, spill liquid, cause the heating tube to dry burn, leading to fire, electric shock, and other hazards.

2.Do not arbitrarily modify the heater. Random deformation or modification may change the internal structure, affect electrical performance, and may cause fire, leakage, electric shock, and other hazards.

3.Do not install in high-humidity air outlets. Installing in high-humidity air outlets can easily cause the heating tube to become damp, reduce insulation, and may cause leakage, electric shock, and other hazards.

4.Do not use the heating tube in a container that lacks water or has sediment contamination. Using the heating tube in liquid with many impurities can cause surface scaling, preventing timely heat dissipation and damaging the heating tube. Also, ensure the heating liquid is not below the normal liquid level, otherwise it may damage the heating tube or cause fire hazards.

5.Do not pile heavy objects on the power cord. When the power supply line is long, check regularly whether the line is being crushed by heavy objects. If found, remove the objects immediately. Prolonged crushing and friction may damage the wire sheath, causing leakage, electric shock, or even fire hazards.
