To ensure normal and safe production in oil fields during winter, oilfield enterprises must insulate the wellheads of oil and water wells every year. Currently, a new type of silicone rubber oil drum heater is widely used.
The oil drum heater is used for heating, tracing, and insulation of barrel-shaped equipment such as pipes and tanks. It can be directly wrapped around the heated part, facilitating equipment disassembly. It is especially suitable for dissolving paraffin and preventing wax buildup of oil substances in winter. When the heater is suspended in air at 20 degrees Celsius intermittently, the surface temperature is 150 degrees Celsius. Depending on the application environment and the material and shape of the heated object, the temperature of the electric heater may vary. It features fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, and good flexibility. The oil drum heater is equipped with a sensor on the surface, and the temperature is directly controlled through temperature adjustment.
