Common Rated Power Deviation Issues of Electric Heating Tubes


Electric heating tubes, during production, the length of the alloy wire affects its resistance, thereby affecting the power of the electric heating tube. Power deviation exists, but according to the "JB/T 2379-93 Industrial Electric Heating Tube Standard", the deviation range of rated power is as follows:



  Under full heating conditions, the deviation of the rated power of electric heating tubes should not exceed the following specified ranges:



  1. For electric heating tubes with rated power less than or equal to100W:±10%;



  2. For electric heating tubes with rated power greater than100W:+5%~-10% or10W, whichever is greater.
