Stainless steel mica heating ring uses 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel plate as the shell, high-insulation and high-temperature-resistant mica plate as the core, uniformly wound with various standard specifications of nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating element, and processed into various required shapes by a forming machine.

The lead-out type stainless steel mica heating ring is mainly used in rubber machines, mechanical mold heating, plastic sealing machines, sewing machines and other civil electrical heating devices. It features reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance, fast heating, uniform heat dissipation, low power consumption, long service life, good insulation performance, and high voltage resistance.




Stainless steel electric heating plate utilizes the good insulation and high temperature resistance of stainless steel plate, supplemented by galvanized plate, and can be made into plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, tubular, circular and other shapes of heating devices. The designed power can be up to 1800W, and the temperature resistance can reach 600℃.
