Main Uses of Explosion-Proof Electric Heater



The explosion-proof electric heater is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and safe explosion-proof industrial electric heating furnace developed based on advanced foreign electric heater technology. This electric heating furnace uses electrical energy as a power source to convert its internal high-voltage temperature system into thermal energy.



Generally, the explosion-proof electric heating furnace uses thermal oil as a heat carrier. The internal high-voltage temperature system, through the circulation pump of the thermal oil and forced processing by electrical energy, transfers the heat from the internal high-voltage temperature to one or more electric heating devices. After passing through the transition function in the high-voltage temperature system of the electric heating device, the thermal oil begins a new heating cycle, i.e., it returns through the circulation pump to the electric heating furnace to absorb heat again and transmit it to the internal high-voltage temperature system. Through this cyclic operation, the electric heating furnace continuously transfers heat, allowing the internal high-voltage temperature system to obtain a sustained high-temperature energy source, thereby meeting the heating requirements of the heating medium during high-temperature processes.



The characteristics of the explosion-proof electric heater in the mechanical electric heating industry are as follows:



1. It can achieve uninterrupted transfer of the internal high-voltage temperature system, ensuring that the internal high-voltage temperature system of the electric heating equipment obtains high-temperature energy from electrical energy, meeting the high-temperature heating requirements of the medium during operation, and maximizing its function.



2. This equipment has a precise structure, compact size, light weight, and is easy to install. During heating, it does not produce harmful pollution to the surrounding environment and can achieve relatively high heating temperatures and efficiency at relatively low working pressures.



3. High level of intelligence. Relevant technical personnel from China Electric Heater Network have adopted an advanced intelligent heating working mode, i.e., by setting the original temperature of the high-voltage temperature medium inside the gas electric heater during operation. In experiments, this temperature control accuracy can reach a range of ±2℃ to ±0.2℃.



4. The internal high-voltage system of this equipment can provide alarm signals such as operation, high temperature, fault, and shutdown of the heater to the DCS system, and can also receive automatic and shutdown operation commands from the DCS. Moreover, reliable and safe monitoring devices have been added to the electric heater system. However, the price of this electric heater is relatively high.
