Detailed Introduction



 Features



Fin Type Electric Heater is composed of "metal tubular heating element" and finned protective sleeve and tube. The "metal tubular heating element" consists of a metal tube, resistance wire, and magnesium oxide powder. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket resistant to ≤300°C.



    The electric heater is connected and fixed to the oil tank by flange; sealed by gasket; the finned protective sleeve isolates the metal tubular heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular heating element needs to be pulled out for replacement. It is convenient, reliable, and easy to use, maintain, and repair.



  This finned tube sheath type electric heater has fins and protective sleeve as assembly parts. By changing the number of fins, the surface load of the electric heater can be changed. Proper use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending medium life.
