The ceramic heating ring uses resistance wire heating elements as the heating body, connected in series, and then enters a mold with high-quality metal alloy material as the outer shell to be die-cast into various shapes, such as round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes. After precision machining, it can closely fit the heated object.

Working voltage must not exceed the rated value by10%; relative air humidity not greater than95%, no explosive or corrosive gases.
The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the outer shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
The metal cast heater should be stored in a dry place. If stored for a long time and the insulation resistance is lower than1MΩ, it can be baked in an oven at about200degrees Celsius for5-6hours to restore normal condition. Alternatively, reduce voltage and energize to heat until the insulation resistance is restored.
The metal cast heater should be properly positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated object. No dry burning is allowed. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, clean them promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.
