Thermal Oil Heater





The electric heating thermal oil furnace system is composed of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (optional), a control cabinet, a hot oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. The user only needs to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use.




Structure Introduction:

Gas-fired Thermal Oil Heater is a new type with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. Its heating temperature can reach 340°C in liquid phase or 400°C in vapor phase. It can be used in various production situations where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with process heating temperatures between 150°C and 380°C, using organic heat carriers for heat supply.

The gas-fired thermal oil heater uses gas as fuel and thermal oil as the medium. It uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring heat energy to the heat-using equipment and then returning to the heater for reheating. It can achieve high working temperatures under low pressure and perform high-precision control of the medium operation. The system has high thermal efficiency. Due to the modular overall installation, it is easy to operate and maintain. It is a safe, efficient, and energy-saving ideal heating equipment. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner to produce a high-temperature flame that enters the inner coil to form a radiation heating surface. After passing through the rear of the inner coil, it rotates 180° forward into the interlayer area between the inner and middle outer tubes to form a convection heating surface. Then, from the upper part of the interlayer, it enters the second interlayer area of the middle and outer coils, and from the rear of the second interlayer area, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

Performance Features:

(2) Liquid phase circulating heat supply, no condensation heat loss, high thermal efficiency of the heat supply system.

(3) The working medium has compensation technical measures for volume changes due to heating and cooling and temperature rise and fall in the system.

(4) Before circulating heat supply, there are strict technical measures to control the content of air, moisture, and other low-volatile substances in the working medium.

Control System Description:

This gas-fired thermal oil heater is controlled by an advanced program controller, which can realize all necessary functions for normal combustion. It can automatically implement protective alarms under normal, accident, and abnormal conditions. Equipped with corresponding liquid level controllers, pressure controllers, and temperature controllers, it achieves inlet and outlet pressure indication and inlet and outlet temperature indication, ensuring that the heat carrier temperature fluctuates within the normal range.
