Common straight rod type electric heating tubes are divided into single-end and double-end wiring. Their structure uses high-quality metal tube as the outer shell, with high-resistance electric heating wire formed by winding arranged along the axial center of the tube shell. The gap part is tightly filled with insulating material with excellent thermal conductivity and insulation. The tube diameter can be processed with positive or negative tolerance according to requirements. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at about 150-200°C for several hours, or the element can be powered on until it glows red, then turned off and allowed to cool naturally, which will restore the insulation resistance.
