BGY8 series flameproof tubular electric heater is an explosion-proof heater. The connecting flange adopts round flange and square flange (add F after the model for square flange). The selected voltage can be 220V or 380V, and a temperature controller can be installed in the wiring chamber. It provides greater convenience for users, with long service life and stable quality.
The reserved hole for flange connection is ≥Φ95. If a temperature controller is required, the reserved hole is ≥Φ110, add "T" after the model, design pressure is 1.6MPa, material is all stainless steel.
This type of electric heater is manufactured by copying German products. The electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective tube. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source. The protective tube is made of thin stainless steel tube. The wiring device is protected by a bolt-type housing seal, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, and oil-proof.
Explosion-proof grade is dⅡBT4, steel pipe wiring 380V is M24×1.5; 220V is M20×1.5
