
I. Purpose and Features
To meet the needs of loading and unloading bolts in high, medium, and low-pressure cylinders of steam turbines and improve work efficiency, our company has developed two series with over 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The EQJ steam turbine bolt low-pressure heating device has been used by multiple power plants. It is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and is well received by users.
The EJK-Ⅰ DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with the DC bolt heater, features stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0-220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, safety, and reliability.

III. Usage Precautions
1. The control cabinet enclosure must be reliably grounded.
2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected; misconnection is strictly prohibited.
3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power switch must be turned off. For EJK series control cabinets, the voltage adjustment and indication should be at the minimum position; for EQJ low-voltage control cabinets, voltage shifting under load is strictly prohibited.
4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If connectors are damaged, they must be replaced with identical ones.
6. Special bolt heaters must be manufactured according to the specific dimensions of the bolts. When ordering, the customer must provide: a. bolt outer diameter; b. bolt hole diameter; c. total bolt length; d. nut length; e. information on the matching heating control cabinet.
