1. Hazardous areas with explosive gas mixtures: Zone 1, Zone 2.
2. Suitable for explosive gas or vapor atmospheres of IIA, IIB, IIC classes, T1-T6 groups;

Installation and Use of Electric Heat Tracing (Tape) Explosion-proof Temperature Control Box
5.1 Before installing and using the product, check whether the technical data on the nameplate matches the application;
5.2 The upstream power supply must be disconnected before installation and maintenance;
5.3 The incoming and outgoing cables pass through the rubbersealing ring, and are compressed withwasher andcompression nut, (Siemens ABB) explosion-prooffrequency convertercontrol cabinet (7.5KW/5.5KW/15KW/30KW/45KW/PLC touch screen) to ensure sealing and that the cables are not loose
5.4 If the sealing ring shows corrosion, brittleness, deformation, stickiness, or hardness change exceeding 20% of the factory value during use, promptly purchase and replace it from the manufacturer to ensure reliable explosion-proof performance
5.5 During maintenance and disassembly, avoid bumping, scratching, or corroding the flameproof surface, and regularly apply 204-1anti-rust oil;
5.6Distribution box should be inspected regularly during use to ensure its proper operation;
5.7 Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from opening the cover for maintenance or inspection.
