Cast Iron Heating Plate Performance and Uses:
The cast aluminum electric heater is an electric heater that uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body and aluminum alloy material as the shell, formed by die-casting. Its operating temperature is generally between 150 and 450 degrees Celsius.
It can be widely used in plastic machinery, mold heads, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. The cast aluminum heater features long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties,
corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic field advantages.
Cast Iron Heating Plate Ordering Instructions:
1) The user should provide product drawings or samples. If no drawings or samples are available, the product specifications, model, voltage, power, etc. must be provided.
2) The surface power density of the cast aluminum electric heater is between 2.5 and 4.0 W/cm².
Performance and Uses of Cast Iron Heating Plate Usage Instructions:
1) The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value;
2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded;
3) The cast aluminum heater should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by baking in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours.
