Application Fields of Duct-Type Electric Air Heaters |
Duct-type electric air heaters are mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850°C. They have been widely applied in many scientific research and production laboratories, such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. They are particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. Duct-type electric air heaters have a wide range of applications: they can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, with rapid temperature rise in the heated space (controllable).
Technical Features of Duct-Type Electric Air Heaters
1. It can heat air to a very high temperature, up to 450°C, while the shell temperature is only about 50°C.
2. High efficiency: up to 0.9 or more.
3. Fast heating and cooling rates, up to 10°C/s, with quick and stable adjustment. There is no lead or lag in the controlled air temperature, preventing temperature control drift, making it very suitable for automatic control.
4. Good mechanical performance: Because its heating element is made of special alloy material, under the impact of high-pressure air flow, it has better mechanical performance and strength than any other heating element. This offers advantages for systems and accessory tests that require continuous air heating over long periods.
5. When used in accordance with operating procedures, it is durable and has a service life of several decades.
6. Clean air and small size.
7. Multiple types of electric air heaters can be designed according to user requirements.
