Horizontal Oil (Gas) Fired Thermal Oil Heater
This product uses diesel, natural gas, or city gas as fuel. The balance between the burner flame volume and the heat exchange surface area ensures the optimal temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the exhaust pipe. The extra-thick insulation layer minimizes heat loss from the boiler. All models are assembled boilers; installation only requires connecting the system equipment and pipelines. The integrated boiler design makes installation even more convenient and quick. This boiler adopts intelligent control, making operation particularly convenient and simple. The controller features a simulation screen display and centralized control by the central processing unit, with functions such as automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of the circulating pump, and automatic fault handling and alarm.
Vertical Oil (Gas) Fired Thermal Oil Heater
The vertical gas-fired thermal oil heater uses natural gas as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier. Through forced circulation by the hot oil pump, it delivers heat to the heat-using equipment.
It is an efficient and energy-saving heating device. This equipment features compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and operation, fast heating, and no environmental pollution. With computer automatic temperature control, it can achieve high working temperatures at lower working pressures. The vertical gas-fired thermal oil heater is computer-controlled, operates stably at low pressure (≤0.4MPa), and has a thermal efficiency of over 90%.
