Electric Heating Oil Furnace - Thermal Oil Heater



Product Overview



The thermal oil boiler directly heats the organic carrier (thermal oil) by inserting the heating element into it. Using a circulation pump, it forces the thermal oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using devices. After the heat is unloaded by the heat-using device, it returns through the circulation pump to the heater, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using device. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the process requirements.

Working Principle/Working Principle



●Electricity is used as the energy source, converting electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating elements.



●Organic heat carrier (thermal oil) is used as the heat transfer medium. The thermal oil is forced to circulate in the system by a high-temperature oil pump, being heated repeatedly to meet the continuous heat demand of heat users (heat-using equipment or heat-using cycles).



●Meets the process temperature set in the production process and the requirements for high-precision temperature control.
