Explosion-proof Thermal Oil Electric Heater ●Working Principle and Features: The explosion-proof electric heating thermal oil heater (organic heat carrier furnace) is a new type of special explosion-proof industrial furnace developed on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology. It is safe, energy-efficient, low-pressure, and capable of providing high-temperature heat energy. The furnace uses electricity as the heat source, i.e., the tubular electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil generate heat when energized. The thermal oil acts as the heat carrier, and is forced to circulate by a hot oil circulation pump, transferring heat to one or several heat-using equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heat-using equipment, the thermal oil returns to the electric heater through the circulation pump to absorb heat again and transfer it to the heat-using equipment, repeating the cycle to achieve continuous heat transfer. This ensures that the heat-using equipment obtains a continuous and stable high-temperature energy source, meeting the process requirements for medium heating. The thermal oil heater can use a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with functions such as over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over-pressure alarm. It also has anti-dry heating and explosion-proof safety measures. The explosion-proof grade of the explosion-proof heater is ExdIIBT4, ExdIIBT6, ExdIICT6, etc. Equipment Features: 1. The control system can provide signals such as operation, over-temperature, stop, temperature, and interlock status to the DCS system, and can accept automatic and stop operation commands from the DCS. Reliable safety monitoring devices are also added, such as: ① Conventional electrical protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, etc. ② Multiple interlock interfaces are provided for effective monitoring of oil pump, flow, and pressure at any time. ③ An over-temperature alarm system independent of the normal temperature control is installed. When the conventional temperature control fails due to various reasons, this system can not only alarm in time but also irreversibly shut down the electric heater to ensure safe operation of the system. It also outputs a contact signal. 3.
