I. Product Description:
The stainless steel mica heater band is made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy heating wire as the heating element, wound with natural mica as the insulation layer, and the outer layer uses high-quality stainless steel as the heat conduction layer. The mica heater band can be processed into rings, plates, and various special-shaped products according to customer requirements through mechanical processing. The normal surface load of the mica heater band is 2.5-3 watts per square centimeter. Customers should use an automatic temperature control system according to the required power range to maintain normal power and protect the service life of the heater band.
