This electric heater is often used to heat, maintain temperature, and warm flowing liquid and gaseous media. For example: heating water, superheated steam, and gas; as well as heating heat transfer oil, fuel oil, asphalt, paraffin, powder, etc. When the heating medium passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, the fluid thermodynamic principle is used to uniformly remove the huge heat generated by the electric heating elements during operation, so that the temperature of the heated medium meets the user's process requirements.
Working principle: The circulation electric heater is a device that consumes electrical energy and converts it into thermal energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the inlet through the pipeline under pressure, follows the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, and uses the path designed based on fluid thermodynamic principles to take away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, so that the temperature of the medium at the outlet is uniform. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating and causing coking, deterioration, or carbonization, which in severe cases could damage the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
The circulation heater mainly uses bundled tubular heating elements inside, which can be applied to explosion-proof or ordinary occasions. Its explosion-proof grade can reach B and C levels, and its pressure resistance can reach 20Mpa. The cylinder can be installed vertically or horizontally according to user needs. The maximum working temperature of this heater can reach 650℃, which is not achievable by ordinary heat exchangers.
