Proper use ofelectric heating plates is of great significance for improving the service life of equipment and preventing electric shock accidents.
Operating switches or plugging/unplugging power plugs with wet hands, or touching the metal shell of equipment with wet hands is one of the important causes of electric shock. Therefore, during the use ofelectric heating plates, it is absolutely forbidden to touch them with wet hands, nor should electrical components or bulbs be replaced with wet hands. When moving equipment, the power should be cut off first. It is strictly forbidden to drag equipment by pulling the wire or to pull the wire plug, as this can easily loosen or break the connection at the root of the power cord or plug, potentially causing the shell of the electric heating plate to come into contact with a loose live wire and cause electric shock. For electric heating equipment without automatic control, the power should be cut off when personnel leave the site or when the equipment is not in use.
For equipment that can produce harmful radiation, users must maintain a safe distance from the operating equipment as specified in the manual. If the equipment emits abnormal odors, noise, or temperature, it should be stopped and inspected. Do not store or use the equipment in humid, dusty, or flammable/corrosive environments. Electric heating appliances that generate high temperatures during operation should not be used near combustible items. The equipment should be placed in a fixed position, moved as little as possible, and kept dry and clean.
