Electric heater for asphalt is mainly used for asphalt heating, melting, asphalt storage tanks, asphalt concrete and emulsified asphalt heating and insulation.
Electric heater for asphalt is usually called electric heating thermal oil furnace. Its heating power is very high, and the pump flow is also large. Even if the operating pressure is relatively low, the temperature of the thermal oil can be heated to about 345°C. Its heat is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium, the circulation pump forces the thermal oil to perform liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After being unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the asphalt to meet the heating process requirements.
