PTFE (Teflon) Fiberglass Fabric Silicone Liner Pressure Sensitive Tape PTFE (Teflon) Fiberglass Fabric Silicone Roll Pressure Sensitive Tape:
   Teflon tape is made from high-quality fiberglass yarn, woven into various thickness base fabrics using advanced international weaving equipment. It is coated with PTFE resin using unique and fine process technology, and then coated with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side to produce Teflon PTFE fiberglass fabric liner or roll pressure-sensitive self-adhesive tape. Widely used in papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical, glass, pharmaceutical, electronics, insulation, grinding wheel cutting, machinery and other fields.

 Main performance characteristics:
　　 1) Suitable for low temperature -70℃ to high temperature 280℃, with weather resistance and anti-aging. In practical applications, such as at 250℃ for 200 consecutive days, the strength does not decrease, and the weight does not reduce; at 350℃ for 120 hours, the weight only decreases by about 0.6%; at -180℃ ultra-low temperature, it can maintain its original flexibility. 
　　 2) Non-adhesive: Smooth surface, not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean various oil stains, spots or other attachments on its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint can be easily removed;
　　 3) Chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to strong acids, strong bases, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
　　 4) Chemical resistance, non-toxic. Resistant to almost all chemical substances.
　　 5) High insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), UV protection, anti-static.
　　 6) Fire and flame retardant.
　　 7) Easy to use, long service life.

　Application scope:
　　 A: Covering various high-temperature rollers, heating plates, demolding workpieces.
　　 B: Heat sealing of food, medicine and plastic bags.
　　 C: Lining for chutes, hoppers, aviation molds, etc., also applicable to sizing machine rollers, thermoplastic demolding and other industries, reusable and easy to replace.
　　 D: Suitable for other surface treatments requiring anti-stick, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
