Flange Type Stainless Steel Heating Tube







Flange type stainless steel heating tube (also known as immersion electric heating tube): It adopts U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, designed according to the specifications for heating different media, assembled on the flange cover as per power configuration requirements, and inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is transferred to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the required process requirements.

1. Voltage: 12-380V;

2. Power: Designed according to the heating medium and tube length;

3. Surface temperature range of heating tube: 0-800°C;

4. Tube diameter: Φ8-30mm;

5. Single tube length (unfolded): within 6000mm;

6. Material: Stainless steel, titanium tube, Incoloy 800;



2. Use and Maintenance of Flange Type Electric Heating Tube:



1. Pay attention to distinguishing between delta connection and star connection; the operating voltage must not exceed the rated voltage;

2. The immersion electric heating tube must be effectively grounded;

3. Use the correct type of terminal lug and appropriate clamping tools to secure the terminal lug on the wire;

4. After the heating tube has been in operation for a certain period, it is recommended to take it out and wipe it mechanically with a soft cloth before reuse; do not use chemical cleaning agents for cleaning.



3. Product Applications of Flange Type Electric Heating Tube:



Immersion electric heating tubes are suitable for heating water, oil, and corrosive liquids in static and flowing states. They are used for heating and insulation in water tanks, electric boilers, medical equipment, chemical industrial containers, pipelines, reactors, additive tanks, steam heating, solution tanks, and electrolytic cells. Installation method: Weld an external pipe and a mating flange on the container to connect with the heating tube.
