The pipeline electric heater is composed of multiple tubular electric heating elements, a cylinder, and a deflector plate. The tubular electric heating element is made by placing high-temperature resistance wire inside a metal tube, and filling the gaps tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good insulation and thermal conductivity. Using tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, it features advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. A deflector plate is installed inside the cylinder to ensure uniform heating of the air during circulation.
The pipeline electric heater is an electric heating device used to heat the pipeline or the medium inside it. It consists of a microcontroller and a temperature sensor forming a temperature control unit. It also has two bearing-shell-shaped metal inner shells, with a heating tube fixed on the inner wall of each metal inner shell. It also has two bearing-shell-shaped molded thermal conductive layers made of thermal conductive material for fitting onto the pipeline, with the outer walls of the molded thermal conductive layers fitting against the inner walls of the two metal inner shells. It also has two bearing-shell-shaped molded insulation layers fitting against the outer walls of the two metal inner shells, with two bearing-shell-shaped outer shells on the outer surfaces of the two molded insulation layers. It also has a fixing component for clamping the heating assembly onto the pipeline. The present invention has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, easy installation, and disassembly, and is widely applicable to various pipeline heating scenarios.
