Product Introduction
Pipeline electric heater is an energy-saving device that preheats materials. It is installed before the material equipment to directly heat the material, allowing it to circulate and heat at high temperatures, ultimately achieving energy conservation. It is widely used for preheating heavy oil, asphalt, clean oil, and other fuel oils.
Composition structure of pipeline heater: The pipeline heater consists of two parts: the body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel tubes as protective sleeves, high-temperature resistance alloy wires, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed through a compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, and high-voltage thyristors to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater. The pipeline electric heater is composed of multiple tubular electric heating elements, a cylinder, and a deflector plate. The tubular electric heating element is made by placing high-temperature resistance wires inside a metal tube and filling the gaps tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which has good insulation and thermal conductivity. Using tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, it features advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The cylinder is equipped with a deflector plate to ensure uniform heating of the air during circulation.
Application Fields
The air heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850°C. It has been widely applied in many scientific research and production laboratories, such as aerospace, weaponry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The air electric heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive, pollution-free, safe, and reliable, with rapid temperature rise in the heated space (controllable).
