Introduction to Duct Circulating Heater
The duct circulating heater is a new type of heating equipment specially designed for gas heating. The equipment consists of two parts: the duct electric heater body and the control system. The heating element uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel seamless tube as the protective sleeve, 0Cr27Al7MO2 high-temperature resistance alloy wire, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed through a compression process to ensure the service life of the electric heating element. The control part consists of a high-precision digital temperature controller and other components to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
The duct circulating heater is mainly used for air heating in ducts. The specifications are divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common feature in structure is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. The junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device. In addition to over-temperature protection in control, an interlocking device is installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater starts only after the fan starts. A differential pressure device is added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the duct heater should generally not exceed 0.3 Kg/cm². If it needs to exceed the above pressure, please choose a circulating electric heater. The maximum heating temperature for low-temperature heaters does not exceed 160°C; for medium-temperature, it does not exceed 260°C; for high-temperature, it does not exceed 500°C.
