I. Introduction

Far infrared
quartz heater uses high-strength quartz heating tube as the main component, with spiral resistance wire installed inside a milky white pure quartz glass tube processed by special technology. It has moderate heating speed, moderate brightness, and long life.

    HRB-III quartz heating plate is composed of independent quartz heating tubes, with aluminum alloy frame, easy to replace and maintain.

III. Product Features

 
  Stable radiation rate, no deformation at high temperature, no harmful radiation, no environmental pollution, high temperature resistance, extremely high corrosion resistance, good chemical stability, small thermal inertia, fast thermal response speed, high thermal conversion efficiency. At the same time, it has the following advantages:


    • The milky white quartz tube itself can absorb infrared spectra with wavelengths below 4u, causing the tube body to heat up and increase thermal radiation;


     In the 5——13u far infrared band, the emissivity is over 90%, providing the most efficient selective absorption heating element material for substances that need to be heated and dried (generally having strong absorption in the 3——25u region). This performance is not possessed by other infrared materials.
