Electric heating thermal oil heater, also known as thermal oil electric heater, is a new type of special industrial furnace that is safe, efficient, energy-saving, low-pressure (under normal pressure or lower pressure) and can provide high-temperature heat energy. It is a direct-current special industrial furnace that uses electricity as heat source, thermal oil as heat carrier, and uses circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation. After transferring heat energy to the heat-using equipment, it returns to be reheated. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
Structure and Principle of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Heater
The electric heating thermal oil heater system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (optional), a control cabinet, a hot oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.
The thermal oil heater (also known as thermal oil heater) directly inserts the electric heater into the organic carrier (thermal oil) for direct heating, uses a circulating pump to force the thermal oil to perform liquid phase circulation, transfers heat to one or more heat-using equipment, and after the heat is unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns through the circulating pump to the heater, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
The thermal oil heater uses a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with functions of over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over-pressure alarm. It is an efficient and energy-saving heating equipment in industries such as chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, food, shipbuilding, textile, and film.
