
The principle of the thermal oil heater: It uses coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gas, or other combustible materials as fuel, with the thermal oil heater as the heat carrier. It utilizes a circulation oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, transferring heat energy to the heat-using equipment, and then returning to be reheated in a direct-flow special industrial furnace. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, cardboard box production, vegetable dehydration, paint baking, casting sand mold drying, etc. The thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler that uses heat transfer fluid as the heating medium. It has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature operation. With the development of industrial production and the advancement of science and technology, thermal oil heaters have been continuously developed and applied.
1 The equipment consists of a heating body and an electrical control system. It is compact in size, occupies little space, has a compact structure, and features advanced design. It is equipped with an advanced digital temperature controller for temperature control. The outlet temperature can be adjusted as needed. It can automatically display and control temperature with high precision.
2 The equipment has high thermal efficiency and fast heating. For example, it takes only 10 minutes to raise the oil temperature from 80-90°C to 125°C. During heating operation, the outlet oil temperature is stabilized within the set range (generally set at 110-130°C). When the temperature is reached, the power is cut off to stop heating; when it is lower, the power is automatically turned on to resume heating.
3 As the oil temperature rises, the viscosity of the core-pulling heavy oil decreases, allowing the burner nozzle to achieve optimal atomization. This makes ignition easier and ensures complete combustion of the fuel oil, releasing the calorific value of the fuel in the furnace without producing black smoke, and without coking the furnace, furnace tubes, or heat exchange tubes. The heat transfer effect is good, thereby reducing fuel consumption and achieving significant energy savings.
4 By properly selecting the core-pulling heavy oil electric heater and appropriately increasing the oil return volume after heating, the related heating devices can be used simultaneously, and the steam boiler for heat tracing can be shut down. This eliminates the danger of the steam boiler and saves a significant amount of capital.
