Application of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace in Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric Machine (Hot Press Machine, Nonwoven Roller)

Nonwoven fabric (English name: Non Woven Fabric or Nonwoven cloth), also known as non-woven fabric, is composed of oriented or random fibers. For example, polypropylene (PP) pellets are often used as raw materials, produced through a continuous one-step process of high-temperature melting, spinning, web laying, hot pressing, and winding. Nonwoven fabric is not made by interweaving or knitting yarns one by one, but by directly bonding fibers together through physical methods. In existing technology, fibers are spun through a spinneret and then hot-pressed to form the nonwoven fabric. The main function of the electric heating thermal oil furnace produced by our company is to heat the thermal oil.

The electric heating thermal oil furnace (organic heat carrier furnace) is a new type of safe, energy-saving, high-efficiency, low-pressure, and high-temperature special explosion-proof industrial furnace developed on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology. This furnace uses electricity as the heat source, i.e., the tubular electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil generate heat when powered on. The thermal oil serves as the heat carrier, and is forced to circulate by a hot oil circulation pump, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After the heat is released by the heat-using equipment, the thermal oil returns to the electric heating thermal oil furnace through the circulation pump to absorb heat again and transfer it to the heat-using equipment, repeating the cycle to achieve continuous heat transfer. This ensures that the heat-using equipment obtains a continuous and stable high-temperature energy source, meeting the process requirements for medium heating. The electric heating thermal oil furnace can use a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with functions such as over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over-pressure alarm. It also has dry-burn prevention and explosion-proof safety measures. The explosion-proof electric heating thermal oil furnace has explosion-proof grades such as exdiibt4, exdiibt6, exdiict6, etc.

The electric heating thermal oil furnace system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (if any), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, a hot oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.
